Yoga for Improvisers: A Miniseries

This series is a lighthearted take on mindfulness, movement, and yoga philosophy as it applies to improv performers (and non-performers alike) as teammates, friends, and humans. Classes will be a combination of group discussions and beginner-friendly physical practices. Participants will get to know each other, reflect, share, laugh, breathe, stretch, move, and celebrate our common humanity all while wearing the comfiest clothes.
