I’ve had several experiences that have made me feel like “what’s the point? Why should I keep doing this?”

Have you had similar experiences? How did you find the fun again?

My Improv Soul need some advice.

Sorry I’m just now seeing this and that you’re feeling that way!

I’ve definitely been burnt out on improv before. Try doing something else for a little while, usually after like a week or two of doing little to no improv I start to miss it and want to do more again.

Do you have other hobbies or interests? Take some time to explore those more.

Keep kicking ass and don’t worry too much, everyone goes through peaks and valleys doing this.
