The Confident Communicator:
Improv for Professional Development
Work is unpredictable. This course helps professionals build the skills to thrive in that kind of environment—by using improv as a training ground for better communication, creative thinking, and teamwork.
Over 8 weeks, you’ll take part in interactive sessions designed to boost your confidence, sharpen your instincts, and help you stay calm and clear when things don’t go according to plan. It’s active, it’s collaborative, and it’s way more fun than your average professional development course.
This course is about practicing how to listen, adapt, and lead with presence—skills you can take straight back to the office. Perfect for anyone in a leadership / management role or working closely with others. No improv experience required.
This curriculum has been honed through years of applied improvisation work with organizations like BJC, Cushman & Wakefield, Washington University, Purina, and 100+ other teams across the St. Louis region—helping professionals at all levels build a work environment where deeper levels of collaboration and creativity are possible.
